Every neighbourhood out here has its own quirks. A 1960s Oakville bungalow with a low basement ceiling is a different job than a 2015 Milton townhouse with an unfinished lower level poured to modern height. We've worked both, and everything between.
Older housing stock
Homes built before the 1990s often carry original wiring, low ceiling heights in the basement, and clay weeping tile that's due for an upgrade. We plan around it instead of pretending it isn't there.
New-build subdivisions
Newer GTA builds come with taller basements and modern rough-ins, but builder-grade finishes that don't hold up long term. We reno with materials that outlast what came in the box.
Freeze-thaw reality

Questions homeowners ask before booking
Do you work outside Oakville?
Yes. Oakville is home base, but we run jobs across the whole GTA — Halton, Peel, York, Durham and the City of Toronto. Email us your city and we'll confirm scheduling.
Do you handle permits yourselves?
For work that requires one — additions, structural changes, some basement finishes — yes, we pull the permit and coordinate the inspections as part of the job.
How do I get a quote?
Email us with a few photos and a short description of the space. We'll ask a couple of follow-up questions and set up a site visit if it makes sense.
Do you only do full gut renovations?
No. We take on full renos and smaller scope-limited jobs, like a single bathroom refresh or a flooring swap in one room.
What happens if you find a problem mid-job?
We stop, show you what we found — a photo, an explanation — and give you options before doing anything that changes cost or timeline.
